Advantages

Application
- As a protective layer for metals after welding, cutting, or drilling.
- For repairing the galvanizing layer, protective layer after spot welding, or protecting pipe and tube joints.
- Dust dry within 5 to 7 minutes, tack-free within 20 to 30 minutes, fully cured in about 24 hours.
- For cold galvanizing, touching up and repairing damaged parts of old and weathered zinc, as well as cutting and welding pieces in steel construction and hobby-related projects.
Instructions for use
Optimal application temperature: 16 - 25°C. Clean metals free of rust and grease (may need to be sanded). Shake intensively for about 3 minutes and spray in a crisscross pattern from a distance of approximately 25 - 30 cm. Dust dry: after 5 - 8 minutes. Touch dry: after 15 - 20 minutes. Fully cured: after 24 hours.

Zwaluw Zinc-Alu Spray is a blend of aluminum and zinc, providing heat-resistant corrosion protection on many materials. It offers very good adhesion to iron and non-ferrous metals.
Storage and Stability
In unopened original packaging, between +5°C and +25°C, it is stable for up to 24 months after the production date, provided it is stored in a dry place.
