Application
Zwaluw Tixoplast® is suitable for bonding and waterproof sealing of bituminous roofing, shingles, and insulation boards. It is also suitable as a sealant for leaks, emergency repairs on roofs, gutters, and downspouts.
Processing
Zwaluw Tixoplast is easy to apply and works smoothly. It generally adheres to many substrates, even without a primer. Surfaces must be clean, load-bearing, and free from gravel, slate, and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates do not need to be dry. Adhesion testing is recommended before use. Application temperature is between +5°C and +40°C.

Storage and Stability
Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C in the shade. The shelf life of Zwaluw Tixoplast® is 9 months if stored as recommended, in unopened, original packaging.
