Applications
Zwaluw Tixoplast® is suitable for bonding and waterproofing bituminous roofing, shingles, and insulation boards. Also suitable as a sealing sealant for leaks, emergency repairs on roofs, gutters, and downpipes.
Application
Zwaluw Tixoplast is easy to apply and generally adheres, even without primer, to many substrates. Surfaces should be clean, stable, and free from gravel, slate, and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates do not need to be dry. Adhesion testing is recommended before use. Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C.

Zwaluw Tixoplast
Zwaluw Tixoplast is a one-component sealing sealant based on bitumen and rubber. The sealant cures by solvent evaporation to form a plastically permanent seal. It is developed for bonding and waterproofing bituminous roofing, shingles, and insulation boards. Also suitable for repairing leaks, emergency roof repairs, gutters, downspouts, etc.
Storage and Stability
Store at a temperature between +5 °C and +25 °C, in the shade. The shelf life of Zwaluw Tixoplast® is 9 months when stored as recommended, in unopened, original packaging.
