Application
Can be used for bonding facade insulation panels and for the mounting of polystyrene, rigid polyurethane foam (PUR/PIR), and stone wool boards onto concrete, plastered masonry, as well as for filling joints between insulation panels.
Processing
PU Thermo Adhesive provides excellent adhesion from +5°C. In addition to the temperature, the surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, and grease. Lightly pre-moisten the surface using, for example, a plant sprayer. Shake the can vigorously before use.

Zwaluw PU Thermo Adhesive
Zwaluw PU Thermo Adhesive is a foaming adhesive for external insulation panels. It is a moisture-curing, one-component polyurethane adhesive with low expansion, designed for bonding and installing facade insulation panels onto substrates such as masonry, plaster, and concrete. After curing, it is insoluble, water-resistant, rot-resistant, and permanently elastic.
Storage and Stability
Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C in the shade. The shelf life of Zwaluw PU Thermo Adhesive is 18 months when stored as recommended, in unopened, original packaging.
