Application
Zwaluw Polyurethane-50FC is specially developed as a universal sealant for the durable, elastic sealing of expansion, dilation, and walkable joints in construction and industry.
Application temperature: +5°C to +40°C. Surfaces should be clean, grease- and dust-free, and load-bearing. Thoroughly degrease with Zwaluw Cleaner. Always test surfaces for adhesion. Treat porous substrates with Zwaluw Primer B1. Smooth finishing can be achieved with Zwaluw Finisher.

Zwaluw Polyurethane-50FC is a specially developed universal sealant that cures into a durable rubber. It is suitable for use in, for example, expansion, dilation, and walkable joints in construction and industry. It can also be used as a construction adhesive for bonding a wide range of building materials such as stone, concrete, glass, gypsum, PU, PVC, hard plastics, enamel, various metals, wood, and paint systems.
Storage and Stability
In unopened original packaging, it remains usable for up to 12 months from the production date when stored between +5°C and +25°C in a dry place.
