Application

The surfaces must be clean and stable. Apply the adhesive from the cartridge on one side. For proper curing, it is essential that at least one surface is porous. In the case of two non-porous surfaces, it is required to spray a thin layer of water (10 to 20 g/m²) on one of the surfaces or on the adhesive layer. Close the adhesive connection within the specified open time. Prevent any shifting of the connection. Keep the connection under pressure until it is "hand tight". It is recommended to perform a bonding test in advance with Zwaluw Montagefix PU. Zwaluw Montagefix PU works best with a professional caulking gun.

Zwaluw Montagefix PU

Zwaluw Montagefix PU is a strong, solvent-free polyurethane mounting adhesive. Due to its paste-like (thixotropic) consistency, the adhesive will not run out of the joints and is suitable for vertical applications. Zwaluw Montagefix PU forms a solid, reliable, and water-resistant bond.

Storage and Stability

Store between +5°C and +25°C in a shaded area. The shelf life of Zwaluw Montagefix PU is 9 months when stored as recommended in its unopened, original packaging.
