Applications
Zwaluw Tixoplast® is suitable for bonding and waterproofing bituminous roofing, shingles, and insulation boards. Also suitable as a sealing sealant for leaks, emergency repairs on roofs, gutters, and downpipes.
Application
Zwaluw Tixoplast is easy to apply and generally adheres, even without primer, to many substrates. Surfaces should be clean, stable, and free from gravel, slate, and other contaminants. Non-porous substrates do not need to be dry. Adhesion testing is recommended before use. Application temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
Benefits
- Filling cracks, joints, and blisters on roofs and in gutters.
- Adheres to moist substrates.
- Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PA, PMMA, and PTFE.
