Application
Chemical anchoring for threaded rods, screws, and bolts in solid and hollow substrates such as concrete, masonry, and brick.
Anchoring of window frames, shutters, handrails in building constructions.
Plastic repair mortar for concrete.
Processing
Drill the hole with the correct diameter and depth. Remove dust and debris from the hole. For optimal strength, the distance between the center of two holes should be at least 2.5 times the depth of the hole, and 1.25 times the depth of the hole for the distance to the edge. Place the mixing nozzle on the cartridge and insert the cartridge into the gun. Press the material out of the mixing nozzle. Do not use the first 10 cm. Apply the evenly mixed Fix-O-Chim in the desired quantity to the pre-drilled hole. Start at the bottom of the hole. Insert the threaded rod or screw into the still paste-like Fix-O-Chim and, if necessary, fix it during the curing time. If the threaded rod or screw needs to be removed later, pre-lubricate it with petroleum jelly. Replace the mixing nozzle if the processing time has been exceeded.
