Tec7 Xealpro is a universal, durable sealing adhesive suitable for almost all surfaces and materials. It is a versatile finishing sealant for masonry, tiles, window sills, countertops, thresholds, and panels, and also offers excellent performance as a sanitary sealant for mold-resistant joint sealing in wet areas and on acrylic baths. The sealant is mold- and bacteria-resistant, making it ideal for applications in air ducts and HVAC systems. Additionally, it functions as a glazing sealant for sealing glass, as a construction adhesive for the building and industrial sectors, and as a mirror adhesive/sealant. It restores old silicone joints and is suitable for sealing facades and building elements such as frames, windows, and panels. With ISEGA approval for food contact, it is also safe for direct contact with food. Tec7 Xealpro provides excellent air sealing in nearly zero-energy and passive buildings and is very low in emissions, certified with Emicode EC1 Plus and VOC emission class A+.
