The Tec7 X-Seal 310 ml is a safe and versatile sealing sealant, specially developed for natural stone such as marble, granite, sandstone, and most composite materials. Additionally, this sealant is suitable for concrete, masonry, window sills, countertops, and thresholds. In sanitary areas, X-Seal provides a mold-resistant joint seal, ideal for wet rooms. In construction and industry, this sealant is excellent for sealing connection and expansion joints. It is also suitable for glazing applications. Furthermore, this sealant is ideal for sealing facade and building elements such as storefronts, frames, windows, panels, and prefabricated elements. With the EC1935 ISEGA food contact approval, X-Seal is suitable for use in the food industry and hospitality. The sealant also provides excellent air sealing in nearly zero-energy (BEN) and passive buildings, with very low emissions, certified with Emicode EC1 Plus and VOC emission class A+.
