Application

• Sealing and finishing of joints, cracks, and gaps for painting.
• Sealing of joint connections between frameworks, walls, window sills, baseboards, etc.
• Repairing and sealing cracks and joints in aerated concrete, stone, plasterwork, and wood.
• Sealing of corner and panel joints in interior construction.
• Filling of drill and screw holes in walls and ceilings.

Instructions

• Apply to clean and dry to slightly damp surface.
• Dry or wet wipe with spatula.

Paintable after 1 hour, depending on temperature and humidity. Remove any applied protective tape before skin formation to avoid damage. Use X-Seal for expansion joints. Improve adhesion and strengthen weak substrates like aerated concrete or plasterwork by priming with diluted Tecryl (2 parts water to 1 part Tecryl). Test adhesion on plastics, powder coatings, exotic woods, blue limestone, and bituminous materials. The perfect joint depth is the same as its width (5 to 10 mm).

The drying time depends on:

• The product temperature
• The ambient temperature
• The substrate temperature
• The layer thickness
• The humidity
• The moisture of the substrate

Do not use as a glazing sealant or adhesive sealant. Not suitable for joints with standing water or submersion. Use Xealpro for sealing wet joints in showers, baths, and sanitary areas.
