Applications

Repairing and sealing cracks and joints in aerated concrete, stone, plasterwork, and wood.

Instructions
Apply on a clean, dry, or slightly damp surface.
Smooth with a spatula, either dry or wet.
Can be painted over after 1 hour, depending on temperature and humidity. Remove any protective tape before skin formation to avoid damage. Use X-Seal for expansion joints. Improve adhesion and strengthen weak substrates like aerated concrete or plasterwork by priming them with diluted Tecryl (2 parts water to 1 part Tecryl). Test adhesion on plastics, powder coatings, exotic woods, blue stone, and bituminous materials. The ideal joint depth is the same as its width (between 5 to 10 mm).
Drying time depends on:
- The temperature of the product
- The temperature of the environment
- The temperature of the substrate
- The thickness of the layer
- The humidity
- The moisture content of the substrate
Do not use as a glazing or adhesive sealant. Not suitable for joints with standing water or submersion. Use Xealpro for sealing wet joints in showers, baths, and sanitary areas.
