Application
Tec7 Chemical Anchor is a versatile solution for the fixing and installation of structures in various building materials, such as concrete (including cracked and lightweight concrete), aerated concrete, solid masonry, solid and hollow bricks, and natural stone (note: test natural stone for discoloration). The product is ideal for anchoring various applications, including handrails, sanitary fixtures, cable trays and pipes, metal profiles, reinforcement bars, internal threaded rods, façade panels, and natural stone. It can also be used as a repair mortar for concrete, such as a filler for unnecessary drill holes. Thanks to its expansion-free curing, Tec7 Chemical Anchor is particularly suitable for anchoring in situations with limited space between the axis and the wall.

Anchor is a two-component chemical anchor based on styrene-free vinyl ester resins in a standard cartridge. The mixing of the two components is achieved by using static mixing tips. The unique combination of fast curing, broad application ranges, and physical properties makes it a unique chemical anchor in the professional market for effective fixing and installation in all building materials, such as concrete, solid and hollow stone, aerated concrete, etc. Anchor withstands high forces and can be applied to wet surfaces, even underwater, at temperatures ranging from -5°C to +40°C. After fast curing, Anchor is stronger than the substrate: no shrinkage, ensuring reliability, and no expansion, making it stress-free. Safe, environmentally and user-friendly. Also suitable for indoor use: styrene-free, phthalate-free, low odor. Due to its exceptionally high UV and chemical resistance, including against chlorinated and salt water, Anchor can be applied in aggressive environments. Anchor is shape-stable and can also be applied overhead in ceiling holes. Very long shelf life, even after the cartridge has been opened and used.
