The product destroys all rust and then leaves a protective layer. This protective layer ensures (depending on humidity) that rust stays away for a longer time.
Instructions for Use
There are two methods for rust removal.
The Spray Method:
1. Apply the product to the rust.
2. Let the product soak in well.
3. Work the surface with a stiff scouring pad.
4. Repeat the treatment until the rust is removed.
The Dipping Method:
1. First, remove loose rust, dirt, grease, and oil.
2. Pour the SuperCleaner Rust Remover Xstrong into a plastic tray or bucket (if the item doesn't fit in the tray, use a brush).
3. Dip the item in the bath.
4. Soak for a minimum of 15 to 48 hours, depending on the rust layer.
5. Regularly remove the item from the bath and brush off loose rust.
6. This enhances the effectiveness.
7. Once the item is rust-free, wipe it with a dry cloth, creating a rust-resistant phosphate layer.
8. Rinsing with water is also possible.
Note: Rust remover is not suitable for metals such as tin, brass, nickel, galvanized or zinc-plated surfaces. Store in a frost-free environment. Do not use on painted surfaces.
