Soudal Soudaseal FR is a high-quality, fire-resistant, smoke-tight, and elastic one-component sealant and adhesive based on advanced SMX technology (Hybrid). Soudaseal FR has very good adhesion to almost all substrates and excellent mechanical properties, making it ideal for various construction applications. The product is easy to apply and extrude, even under challenging conditions, and is resistant to color loss and UV damage. Additionally, it is paintable and does not form blisters, even in hot and humid weather. Soudaseal FR is free from isocyanates, solvents, and halogens, making it an environmentally friendly choice. The product has a shelf life of 12 months in an unopened package, provided it is stored in a dry, cool place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
