Soudal Soudabond Easy Manual
Ready-to-use, one-component, self-expanding polyurethane adhesive foam for bonding insulation boards and dry construction boards.
Soudabond EASY is a specially developed adhesive formula that has a foaming character. Very filling for uneven substrates to ensure optimal adhesion.
The adhesive foam is easy and precise to apply with an adjustable gun.
Properties:
- Reduces working time by up to 30%
- High initial adhesion, even at low temperatures
- Economical in use, as it can be dosed precisely
- Also suitable for vertical bonding
- Usable from +5 °C can temperature, and -5 °C ambient temperature
- Thermal conductivity of 0.035 W/m∙K, ideal for complementing insulation boards when filling joints
- Optimally levels unevenness
- Flexible and non-brittle
- Fast curing, work can continue after about 1 hour
- Fire class B2 according to DIN 4102 part 1
