Soudabond 641 is a 1-component, solvent-free, ready-to-use, moisture-curing construction adhesive based on polyurethane, developed for bonding connection angles in extruded aluminum window profiles using pre-injection (injecting before assembly). It is also suitable for bonding metals in other applications.

Instructions for use
- Apply a sufficient amount of Soudabond 641 to the cut window profile using a manual or pneumatic caulking gun, and insert the corner piece (within the gel formation time) into the window profile. Additional moistening to accelerate curing is necessary. However, care must be taken not to wet the cut edges too much; therefore, it is best to apply AluSeal to the cut edge before injecting Soudabond 641. Another option is to dip the corner piece in water just before assembly, ensuring that no water gets on the cut edges or AluSeal. The use of Soudabond 641 is best limited to the pre-injection method (application before assembly).
