Soudal Soudaband Pro BG1 Komo
The Soudaband PRO is a self-adhesive compression tape, also known as joint tape / expansion tape. It meets class BG1 and remains permanently elastic. Due to its UV resistance, it is also suitable for unprotected joints. Soudaband PRO BG1 can be installed directly exposed to the weather, without the need for placement behind a finish or additional processing. This compression tape is ideal for use in, for example:
- Sealing joints and connections in high- and low-rise buildings (rainproof)
- Sealing of threshold connections
- High-quality backing for installation behind finishes
- Sealing of expansion and movement joints between window frames and walls up to 100 meters building height, as well as joints between door and window frames and walls, in concrete, steel, and timber constructions
- Acoustic insulation of joints
- Sealing between metal components
