PU Construct Extra Fast is a one-component, solvent-free, ready-to-use, universal polyurethane-based construction adhesive with extremely strong final strength. Fast strength development and through-curing, provided the surfaces are moistened and clamped. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Instructions for Use
- Moisten both adhesive surfaces, apply the adhesive with a caulking gun on one of the surfaces to be bonded. Bring the two parts together within a maximum of 5 minutes for optimal adhesion. Clamp for at least 15 minutes. Compressing the materials during curing is necessary to achieve the highest possible final strength. PU Construct Extra Fast reaches 80% of its final strength after 10 minutes (with light moistening). When bonding two non-porous surfaces, lightly moisten only one of the surfaces. Avoid shifting the bond during application and curing.

- Indoor applications where bonds are exposed to high humidity for extended periods.
- Outdoor applications where bonds are exposed to direct weather influences.
- Bonding of windows and doors (e.g., corner joints) that must comply with class D4 according to EN204.
- Bonding of wooden construction elements.
- Bonding of insulation materials (including polystyrene).
