Application
- Mounting of windows and doors.
- Filling hollow spaces.
- Sealing all openings in roof constructions.
- Applying an acoustic barrier.
- Optimizing insulation in refrigeration technology.
Application Instructions
- Shake the can vigorously for 20 seconds.
- Screw the can onto the gun.
- Moisten the grease- and moisture-free substrate.
- For non-standard substrates, perform an adhesion test first.
- Fill the joint or cavity up to 3/4 full, as the foam will expand further as it cures.
- Shake regularly during use.
- If working in layers, moisten between layers.
- Uncured foam can be removed with cleaner or acetone.
- Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU Remover.

Soudafoam Gun Low Expansion
Soudafoam Gun Low Expansion is a one-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use polyurethane foam, equipped with a threaded canister for use with a gun. The foam is filled with HCFC- and CFC-free propellants that are entirely harmless to the ozone layer. Thanks to the Duravalve valve, the performance can be maintained for an extended period, even when stored or transported horizontally.

Storage and Stability
