Application
SikaHyflex®-250 Facade is developed for elastic sealing and waterproofing of expansion and connection joints in facades. Due to its very low modulus, it is also suitable for use in exterior facade insulation systems.
Processing
The substrate must be clean, dry, and sound. It should be free from oil, grease, dust, and loose or crumbly parts. Cement skin must be removed. Application temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C.

Storage and Stability
SikaHyflex®-250 Facade has a shelf life of 15 months from the production date if stored in its undamaged, original sealed packaging in dry conditions, protected from direct sunlight, at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C.
