Processing:
The substrate must be clean, dry, and healthy, free from oil, grease, dust, and loose or crumbling parts. The cement skin must be removed. The application temperature should be between +5°C and +40°C.

Sika Sikaflex PRO-3 300 ml Concrete Grey is a high-quality elastic 1-component sealant with high mechanical and chemical resistance. It is versatile and designed for expansion and joint seals in floors, pedestrian and traffic areas (e.g., parking garages), warehouses, production areas, and industries such as food processing, wastewater treatment plants, sewage treatment facilities, tunnels, and cleanrooms.
Storage and Stability:
Sikaflex® PRO-3 has a shelf life of 15 months from the date of manufacture if stored in an undamaged, original sealed package, and storage conditions are followed.
