Sikaflex 252 is an elastic, single-component polyurethane adhesive specially developed for bonding large assembly parts of vehicles. It is suitable for bonding coated steel, glass fiber-reinforced plastics, ceramic materials, and plastics.

Usage
Sikaflex 252 is suitable for dynamically stressed elastic structural bonding. Suitable substrates include wood, metals, particularly aluminum (including anodized components), sheet steel (including phosphated, chromed, and galvanized), metal primers and coatings (2-component systems), ceramic materials, and plastics. Consult the manufacturer for advice on materials sensitive to stress cracking. This product is intended for use by experienced professionals only. Tests on the intended substrates under local conditions should be conducted to ensure adhesion and material compatibility.
Application
Sikaflex®-252 can be applied at temperatures between 10°C and 35°C, but note changes in reactivity and handling properties.
The optimal temperature for the substrate and sealant is between 15°C and 25°C.
