Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, grease- and dust-free, and free from any loose particles that could hinder proper adhesion. For porous surfaces, apply primer AT140, and for non-porous surfaces, use AT150. Refer to the primer table for details. Depending on the substrate, AT115 or AT200 Cleaner may be used. Pre-testing is recommended.
Processing
SP350 HIGH TACK PRO can be applied directly from the cartridge with the supplied triangular nozzle onto the surface. Use, for example, the AA873 Cartridge Gun 310 Ultra. For bonding larger surfaces, apply adhesive beads with a spacing of approximately 10 cm to ensure space remains between the beads after pressing. Join materials and press or tap firmly with a rubber hammer, ensuring sufficient adhesive thickness. If necessary, clamp or support the bonded materials. Avoid dynamic stress during curing. For outdoor applications, specific application advice is recommended.
