Preparation
- Surfaces must be clean, dry, grease- and dust-free, and free of any loose particles that could hinder good adhesion.
- Prime porous surfaces with AT140 and non-porous surfaces with AT150. Refer to the primer table for guidance.
- Depending on the surface, AT115 or AT200 Cleaner is available.
- Preliminary testing is recommended.
Application
- SP350 HIGH TACK PRO can be applied directly from the cartridge using the supplied triangular nozzle. Use tools like the AA873 Cartridge Gun 310 Ultra for this purpose.
- For bonding larger surfaces, apply adhesive beads approximately 10 cm apart to ensure spacing remains between the adhesive beads after pressing.
- Join materials together, press firmly, or tap with a rubber mallet to ensure sufficient adhesive thickness. If necessary, clamp or support bonded materials. Avoid movement during curing.
- For outdoor applications, request specific application advice.
