Illbruck SP050 Universal Adhesive Sealant 300ml
Preparation
- The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dust-free, grease-free, stable, and dry.
- For porous substrates, prime with AT140, and for non-porous substrates, use AT150. Refer to the primer table for guidance.
- Depending on the substrate, AT115 or AT200 Cleaner is available.
- Pre-testing is recommended.
Application
- SP050 Universal Adhesive Sealant can be applied directly from the cartridge with the supplied nozzle. Use the AA853 Cartridge Gun 310 Pro for application.
- For larger surfaces, apply adhesive beads with a distance of approximately 10 cm between them, ensuring space remains between the beads after pressing them down.
- Join materials and press firmly or tap them with a rubber hammer; ensure a sufficient adhesive thickness. If necessary, clamp or support the bonded materials. Avoid dynamic movement during curing.
- For outdoor use, request specific application advice.
