Illbruck SP050 Multi Adhesive Pro 310ml
Preparation
The surfaces to be bonded must be clean, dust-free, grease-free, stable, and dry.
Prime porous surfaces with AT140 and non-porous surfaces with AT150. Refer to the primer table for guidance.
Depending on the surface, AT115 or AT200 Cleaner is available.
Pre-testing is recommended.
Application
SP050 Universal Adhesive Sealant can be applied directly from the cartridge using the provided nozzle. For this, use a tool such as the AA853 Cartridge Gun 310 Pro.
For bonding larger surfaces, apply adhesive beads with approximately 10 cm spacing to ensure gaps remain between the beads after pressing.
Join materials together and press firmly or tap with a rubber mallet, ensuring sufficient adhesive thickness. If necessary, clamp or support the bonded materials. Avoid dynamic forces during curing.
For outdoor applications, request specific application advice.
Material
SP050 Multi Adhesive Pro is a one-component, universal, and elastic adhesive based on hybrid polymers. Once cured, under the influence of moisture from the air and substrate, it forms an elastic and shrink-free adhesive layer with high mechanical strength, resistant to moisture, UV, and aging. This makes SP050 suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
