Application
The PU010 Panel Adhesive is ideal for quickly mounting insulation and acoustic panels, exterior wall insulation, roof insulation, and similar panel materials. Suitable for use on many different surfaces, including masonry, concrete, wood, metal, and roof insulation panels.
Usage Tip
During processing, observe general workplace hygiene. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Remove hardened foam only mechanically. Refer to the label on the packaging and/or the safety data sheet for additional information.

Preparation
- Always test first to confirm suitability before use.
- Protect the floor with paper or plastic.
- Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing during use.
- Remove all loose material, dust, and grease from the surface.
- Accelerated curing can be achieved by pre-moistening the surfaces.
Processing
- Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use and regularly during use.
- Remove the protective cap and screw the can onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the amount of foam can be regulated by the trigger and the setting of the dosing screw on the gun.
- For the best results, always keep the can in a vertical position. Always hold the can with the valve pointing downward.
- When reusing the can, always shake it again.
- The gun can stay on the can for up to 4 weeks if stored upright.
