Application
The PU010 Panel Adhesive is ideal for the quick installation of insulation and acoustic panels, external wall insulation, roof insulation, and similar sheet materials. It is suitable for use on a wide variety of substrates, including masonry, concrete, wood, metal, and roof insulation panels.
Usage Tip
During application, ensure overall workplace hygiene. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Remove cured foam only mechanically. Refer to the label on the packaging and/or the safety data sheet for additional information.

Preparation
- Always test first to confirm suitability before use.
- Protect the floor with paper or plastic.
- Always wear safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing during use.
- Remove all loose material, dust, and grease from the substrate.
- Accelerated curing can be achieved by pre-moistening the substrates.
Application
- Shake the can vigorously at least 20 times before use and regularly during use.
- Remove the protective cap and screw the can onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the amount of foam can be controlled by the trigger and the setting of the dosing screw on the gun.
- For best results, the can should always be kept in a vertical position. Always hold the can with the valve down.
- When reusing the can, shake it again.
- The gun can stay on the can for up to 4 weeks, provided it is stored upright.
