Processing
The Illbruck ME404 Butyl Tape Fleece is cut to the desired length. After removing the release liner, the tape is applied to the surface and carefully rolled with a pressure roller. The minimum adhesive area of the butyl tape fleece should be 50 mm. The surfaces must always be clean, dry, and free of grease. Waiting time is approx. 30 – 60 minutes, depending on temperature and relative humidity. Consumption is approx. 300 ml/m² (depending on the absorbency of the surface).
