Application
The FM791 PU Foam 2C (gas-blocking foam) is highly suitable for gas-blocking seals around gas pipes in conduit pipes, entry bends with HSF wall plates, steel entry pipes through foundations, and gas sleeves (HSF renovation couplings). The FM791 should be applied with the AA281 2K Foam Gun 210 Pro.
Usage Tip
Follow general workplace hygiene during application. Wear gloves and safety glasses. Remove cured foam mechanically only. Refer to the label on the packaging and/or the Safety Data Sheet for additional information.

Preparation
- Surfaces must be stable, clean, dry, free from dust and grease.
Processing
- Mount the wall plate or sleeve tightly against the foundation.
- Cut off the front of the cartridge and attach the static mixer.
- Pull the trigger of the gun a few times until the static mixer is fully filled (start injecting immediately).
- Inject the foam into the opening, release the pressure from the gun in time, foam expands within 60 seconds, solidifies in 120 seconds, and becomes load-bearing after 20 minutes depending on temperature.
- For deep joints, use the supplied extension hose.
- For renovation couplings, spray the cartridge half empty. Place the second mixing tube and the remainder can be used for the next coupling.
- PU foams are not suitable for fire-resistant penetrations.
