illbruck FM610 Multi Handheld Foam 750ml
Preparation
Excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, metal, and plastics such as polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and hard PVC. Surfaces must be dry, free of dust and grease. For the best result, it is recommended to lightly mist porous surfaces during dry periods.
Processing
Shake the can vigorously with the protective cap on for at least 20 seconds before use. Remove the protective cap and screw the adapter with the hose onto the valve. Hold the can with the valve facing downward. The foam quantity can be dosed by tilting the adapter. Fill to about 50%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply the foam in several layers, with intervals of about 1 - 2 hours. Lightly moisten the surface before applying the next layer. Shake the can regularly during use. When reusing the can, shake it again.
FM610 is not suitable for fire-resistant sealing of joints and seams. For this, use Nullifire FF197 Fire-Resistant Foam.
Material
1-component polyurethane foam that hardens by moisture absorption from the air. Free from CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs (ozone-friendly and does not contribute to the greenhouse effect).
