Application
FM355 is a unique PU foam developed with an emphasis on versatility and easy dosing. The foam offers excellent stability with minimal post-expansion. It is suitable for use all year round, even at temperatures as low as -10°C. The product is ideal for filling and sealing gaps and joints with minimal dynamics. It serves as a heat-insulating material with optimal adhesion. The foam is not UV resistant.
Usage Tip
When processing, always observe general hygiene practices. Wear gloves and safety goggles. Remove hardened foam only mechanically. Refer to the label on the packaging and/or the Safety Data Sheet for additional information.

Preparation
- Excellent adhesion to most substrates such as concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, metal, and plastics such as polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and rigid PVC.
- Substrates must be slightly moist, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease.
- If necessary, pre-moisten the (porous) substrate with, for example, a plant sprayer.
Application
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before use.
- Remove the protective cap and screw the gun onto the can or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the foam quantity can be controlled by the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill about 90% of the joint. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply foam in multiple layers with intervals of about 1 - 2 hours. Lightly moisten before applying the next layer.
- Always shake the can again when reusing it. The gun can remain on the can for up to 4 weeks, as long as the can is stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.
- FM355 is not suitable for fireproof sealing of joints and seams, use Nullifire FF197 Fireproof Foam for this purpose.

FM355 is a 1-component PU foam that hardens by moisture absorption from the air and/or substrate. It does not contribute to the greenhouse effect and is harmless to the ozone layer. FM355 is free from CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs.
