Application
Suitable for sealing, insulating, and filling connections, joints, seams, and gaps, including: partition walls with floors and between partition walls, adjustment and assembly spaces between window or door frames and prefabricated elements, connection joints of ridges, rafters, and dormers, pipe and conduit penetrations, and sealing insulation panels to each other. Application
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before each use.
- Spray the adapter ring of the gun thoroughly with AA291 Adapter Lubricant Spray. This ensures a longer lifespan of the gun and prevents foam adhesion, damage to the can valve, and leakage from the can.
- Remove the protective cap from the can and screw it onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the foam quantity can be adjusted using the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill joints up to about 80%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply foam in multiple layers, with intervals of 1 to 2 hours. Lightly pre-moisten before applying the next layer.
- Shake the can again each time it is reused. The gun can remain on the can for up to 4 weeks, provided it is stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.
Preparation
- Surfaces must be slightly damp, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease.
- If necessary, pre-moisten porous surfaces with, for example, a plant sprayer.
- Deformable construction parts, such as insulation boards, must be properly fixed in advance
Material
A one-component polyurethane foam that cures by absorbing moisture from the air and/or surface. FM350 is free of CFCs, HCFCs, and HFCs.
FM350 adheres excellently to most surfaces, including concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, and metal, as well as plastics such as polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and rigid PVC.
