Materiaal
Een 1-component polyurethaanschuim dat uithardt door vochtopname uit de lucht en/of ondergrond. De FM330 is vrij van CFK-, HCFK- en HFK.
De FM330 heeft een uitstekende hechting op de meeste ondergronden zoals: beton, metselwerk, steen, pleisterwerk, hout, vezelcement, metaal maar ook kunststoffen zoals polystyreen, PU-schuim, polyester en hard PVC.
Voorbereiding
- Ondergronden dienen licht vochtig, voldoende draagkrachtig en stof- en vetvrij te zijn.
- Zo nodig (poreuze) ondergrond vooraf bevochtigen met bijv. een plantenspuit.
- Vervormbare bouwdelen zoals isolatieplaten, vooraf voldoende fixeren.
Verwerking
- Bus voor ieder gebruik gedurende minimaal 20 seconden krachtig schudden.
- Spuit de adapter ring van het pistool vooraf goed in met AA291 Adapter Smeerspray. Dit zorgt voor een langere levensduur van het pistool en voorkomt hechting van schuim, beschadiging van het busventiel en lekkage van de bus.
- Verwijder hierna de beschermkap van de bus en draai deze op het pistool of bevestig de AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- Bij het gebruik van een pistool kan de schuimhoeveelheid geregeld worden door de trekker en de instelling van de doseerschroef op het pistool.
- Voeg voor ca. 90% vullen. Bij voegen breder dan 30 mm en dieper dan 70 mm schuim in meerdere lagen, met tussenpozen van 1 á 2 uur, aanbrengen. Licht voorbevochtigen alvorens de volgende laag aan te brengen.
- Bij hergebruik van de bus steeds opnieuw schudden. Het pistool kan tot 4 weken op de bus blijven, mits rechtop bewaard.
- Voor een optimaal resultaat adviseren wij het gebruik van de AA250 Foam Gun Pro of AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.

Preparation
- Substrates should be slightly damp, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease.
- If necessary, pre-moisten porous substrates with a plant sprayer, for example.
- Deformable building elements such as insulation boards should be adequately fixed beforehand.
Application
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before each use.
- Spray the adapter ring of the gun with AA291 Adapter Lubricant Spray beforehand. This ensures a longer lifespan of the gun and prevents foam adhesion, damage to the can valve, and leakage of the can.
- Then remove the protective cap from the can and screw it onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the amount of foam can be controlled by the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill up to approximately 90%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply foam in multiple layers with intervals of 1 to 2 hours. Lightly moisten the surface before applying the next layer.
- If the can is reused, shake it again before use. The gun can remain attached to the can for up to 4 weeks, provided it is stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.

FM330 has excellent adhesion to most substrates such as: concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, metal, and also plastics like polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and rigid PVC.
