Application
Suitable for sealing, insulating, and filling joints, gaps, seams, and cracks in, among others: partition walls with floor slabs and internal partition walls, installation and mounting spaces between prefab elements, connection joints of ridge beams, rafters, and dormers, pipe and conduit penetrations, and sealing of insulation boards.

Preparation
- Surfaces should be slightly damp, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease.
- If necessary, pre-moisten (porous) surfaces with a plant sprayer, for example.
- For deformable building elements such as insulation panels, pre-fix them properly.
Processing
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before each use.
- Pre-spray the adapter ring of the gun with AA291 Adapter Lubricant Spray. This ensures a longer lifespan for the gun and prevents foam adhesion, damage to the can valve, and leakage.
- Then remove the protective cap from the can and screw it onto the gun or attach the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the foam amount can be controlled by the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill joints for about 80%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply the foam in multiple layers, with 1-2 hour intervals. Lightly pre-moisten before applying the next layer.
- Shake the can again before reusing it. The gun can stay attached to the can for up to 4 weeks, provided it is stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.
Material
One-component polyurethane foam that cures by moisture absorption from the air and/or substrate. FM310 is free from CFC, HCFC, and HFC. FM310 has excellent adhesion to most substrates such as concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, metal, as well as plastics like polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and rigid PVC.
