Application
Suitable for sealing, insulating, and filling joints, seams, cracks, and connections such as: partition walls with floor slabs and partition walls between each other, setting and assembly spaces between prefab elements, connections of ridge beams, purlins, and dormers, pipe penetrations, and sealing insulation boards between each other.
Usage Tip

- Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Preparation
Surfaces should be slightly damp, sufficiently load-bearing, and free of dust and grease. If necessary, pre-moisten porous surfaces with, for example, a plant sprayer. Fix deformable building elements, such as insulation boards, sufficiently before use.
Processing
- Shake the can vigorously for at least 20 seconds before each use.
- Pre-spray the adapter ring of the gun with AA291 Adapter Lubricant Spray. This ensures a longer lifespan of the gun and prevents foam adhesion, valve damage, and leakage.
- Remove the protective cap from the can and attach it to the gun, or fit the AA210 Spray Nozzle.
- When using a gun, the foam quantity can be controlled via the trigger and the adjustment screw on the gun.
- Fill about 80%. For joints wider than 30 mm and deeper than 70 mm, apply foam in multiple layers with intervals of 1 to 2 hours. Lightly moisten before applying the next layer.
- Shake the can again for reuse. The gun can stay attached to the can for up to 4 weeks if stored upright.
- For optimal results, we recommend using the AA250 Foam Gun Pro or AA270 Foam Gun Ultra.
Material
One-component polyurethane foam that cures by absorbing moisture from the air and/or substrate. FM310 is free of CFC, HCFC, and HFC. FM310 has excellent adhesion to most substrates such as concrete, masonry, stone, plaster, wood, fiber cement, metal, and plastics like polystyrene, PU foam, polyester, and rigid PVC.
