Application
Frencken W430 is particularly suitable for durable bonding of lightweight wall cladding materials with a maximum weight of 10 kg/m2, on porous substrates, hard and flexible materials with a maximum thickness of 2 mm, including Stone panels (ground stone bound to recycled plastic with synthetic binder), Natural stone panels (natural stone veneer bound with synthetic binder), Rolled concrete (Fiberglass with stone powder), Rolled rust (fiberglass substrate that looks like rusted steel), “Concrete” panels (Minerals bound with synthetic binder), wood veneer (also with processed or burnt surface) and decorative panels on recycled plastic. Also suitable for vertical bonding of Linoleum (up to 6 mm thickness) for Bulletin Board, bonding of PE (T) – foam and PVC film with woven backing. For substrates with a permanently present dust layer, such as fiber cement boards (Fermacell, Promat, ...), the use of Surface primer is recommended. This helps bind the present (residual) dust.
