The CS1428 is a unique combination of a specially developed spray adhesive and equipment that allows for an extremely fine spray pattern (droplets). This prevents the issue of 'bleed-through' when bonding thin and/or high-gloss HPL. The CS1428 is resistant to temperatures up to 85°C. This canister is methylene chloride-free. Sprayable contact adhesive with a very fine droplet system for all laminates (HPL), veneer, high-gloss, and postforming. Unlike web sprays, the ultra-fine droplet mist prevents imperfections on thin or high-gloss laminate (orange peel effect). Double-sided bonding. Also suitable for stair treads, PVC skirting boards, metal, aluminum, and plastics such as leather, textiles, etc. For bonding and laminating wood and stratified decorative covering panels (HPL: Formica®, Resopal®, Duropal®), high-gloss panels, laminate, veneer, and edge veneer, stair treads, stair noses, PVC skirting boards, leather, cork, textiles, between materials or on wood, plywood, MDF, particle board, lightweight boards, stone, concrete, plaster, metal, and other smooth non-porous surfaces. Suitable for postforming.
