1K PU SPL25.120 is suitable for bonding various materials in industrial applications such as the production of sandwich panels, facade cassettes, floor hatches, etc. consisting of nearly the most common insulation materials (core) combined with a wide variety of sheet materials or visible finishes. Insulation materials: EPS, XPS, (alu-coated) PU(R), (alu-coated) PIR, glass wool, stone wool, wood wool, cork, etc. Visible finishes/sheet materials: Senzimir galvanized, electrically galvanized stainless steel, aluminum, brushed aluminum, powder-coated aluminum, enamelled steel, enamelled glass, mirrors with silver coating, PC (Polycarbonate), ABS, hard PVC, plywood, (cement-bonded) chipboard, MDF, HDF, fiber cement board, gypsum board, wood fiber cement. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, and bitumen.
