RETURN SHIPMENTS
- You have 14 days to return the products without any reason, starting from the day of delivery.
- From the moment of the return notification, you have 14 days to send the product back
- It's only possible to send the product back when it's unused and , if possible, in the original packaging.
- The return costs of your order are to be born by you.
- We'll refund the amount within 14 days. You can also fill in the return form.
- The compagny shall reimburse all the payments from the customers, including possible delivery costs charged by the compagny for the returned products, without any delay but within 14 days from the day the customer notifies the return. Unless the compagny offers to collect the products himself, he may wait to repay untill he received the products or untill the consumer can prove that he sent them back.
- The compagny uses the same payment methode as the consumer has, unless the consumer agrees for another methode. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
