After receiving your complaint you'll receive a confirmation. Your complaint will be answered within 14 days, if it's going to take more time, we'll inform you. If you don't appreciate this, you can always contact the department of mediation of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, which Combifit is affiliated to. If the mediation also won't lead to a good solution, there's an option to submit your dispute to the Geschillencommissie (SGC).
