Advantages

Applications
Fire-resistant sealing and filling of connection joints and seams or in places where fire resistance requirements apply to specific spaces or constructions. Fire resistance tested according to EN 1366-4 up to 60 minutes in a 20mm wide joint. Combined with FP Silicone Sealant, fire resistance up to 180 minutes in a 40mm wide joint. Ensure the correct fire resistance for your application by consulting the classification and test reports.
Processing
Before using Bostik FP 404 FR PU GunFoam B1, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and grease. Lightly moisten the surface with, for example, a plant sprayer. Shake the can vigorously before use. Allow the first layer to cure before applying a second layer. Can be trimmed approximately 1 hour after application.

Bostik FP 404 FR PU GunFoam B1 is a modified one-component polyurethane foam that provides up to 120 minutes of fire resistance. In summary, it is a professional polyurethane filling and mounting foam, thermally and acoustically insulating, with excellent fire-resistant properties.
Storage and Stability
In unopened original packaging, between +5°C and +25°C, it is stable for up to 12 months after the production date, provided it is stored in a dry place.
