After unscrewing the gland, the sealing stopper must be removed. Screw the static mixer onto the cartridge and first spray out some material until a homogeneous mixed mass is obtained. Then apply the Drainseal Fast evenly and sufficiently deep into the joint, avoiding air entrapment.
The adhesive bed can be finished immediately after application. Drainseal Fast can be easily smoothed with a wet spatula, similar to a sealant. However, avoid contamination in the edge zone and apply tape around if necessary. Hardening starts within a few minutes, so make sure the joint is finished on time. After hardening, the mixer becomes unusable and should be replaced, see the item number on the back.
Drainseal Fast can be applied with a joint width starting from 4 mm.

Drainseal Fast is specially developed for the watertight and flexible installation of shower drains and grates, both stainless steel and plastic and composite.
The adhesive is a very fast curing 2K adhesive based on epoxy, specifically designed for filling and sealing joints around shower drains (drains) and sewage pits made of both stainless steel and plastic. Drainseal Fast can be applied using a standard hand-operated caulking gun with an open front (horseshoe-shaped).
